Cancellations Over 2 Hours in Advance

If you need to cancel your appointment, doing so more than 2 hours before the scheduled time ensures you receive a full refund. This policy allows us to accommodate your scheduling needs while maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction. Please contact us promptly to initiate the cancellation process.

Refund Policy for Short Notice Cancellations

For cancellations made within two hours of your scheduled appointment at CRL Home Inspections, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method. This policy ensures that our inspectors’ time is respected and allows us to manage our schedule efficiently.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible. However, due to the short notice, a partial fee is necessary to cover the time reserved for your inspection.

Non-Refundable Policy

No-Show and On-Site Cancellation Terms

If you do not show up for your scheduled inspection or cancel after the inspector has arrived on-site, please note that the payment is non-refundable. This policy is in place to compensate our inspectors for their time and travel expenses.
